Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: July 2026. This policy forms part of our Terms.

Overview

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for paid plans on Treatmentcosts.co.uk. Paid plans are a digital service for businesses (clinics and specialists), supplied immediately once active. There are two kinds of plan and they work differently.

Subscriptions (auto-renewing)

  • You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your dashboard. Cancelling stops future charges – you keep full access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, then it drops to the free plan.
  • We do not give partial refunds for the current period once it has started.

One-off packs (single payment, fixed term)

  • A one-off pack (for example a fixed number of days of Premium) is delivered in full as soon as it is active. Because it is supplied immediately with your consent, it is non-refundable once active.

14-day goodwill window

Even though our customers are businesses (where the statutory 14-day cooling-off right for consumers does not usually apply), as a goodwill gesture we will consider a full refund if you contact us within 14 days of a payment and you have not made meaningful use of the paid features. After 14 days, or once the features have been used, refunds are not normally given. To request one, email admin@treatmentcosts.co.uk with your account details.

Immediate start & your acknowledgement

At checkout you ask us to start your plan immediately and acknowledge that, once it is active, you lose any automatic 14-day right to cancel for a refund. This lets us make the paid features available to you straight away.

When refunds are not given

  • Where access is ended because of a breach of our Terms, fraud, fake or manipulated reviews, false verification, or other misuse.
  • For time already elapsed on a subscription period.
  • For a change of mind after a one-off pack has been activated and used.

How to cancel

Cancel auto-renewal yourself from your dashboard (Your plan → Cancel renewal), or contact us and we’ll help. If a clinic you’re linked to covers your plan, you can pause your own plan instead so you’re not charged twice.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first so we can put it right – it’s quicker than a chargeback. We keep records of purchases, access and your consent, which we may use to respond to disputes.

Contact

Billing questions: admin@treatmentcosts.co.uk. We aim to respond within 7 working days.
