About these terms
By using Treatmentcosts.co.uk, creating an account, listing or claiming a clinic or specialist profile, or purchasing a plan, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. In these terms “we”/”us” means the operator of Treatmentcosts.co.uk, and “you” means the person or business using the service. Treatmentcosts.co.uk is a trading name of Klaudia, a sole trader based at tbc. You can contact us at admin@treatmentcosts.co.uk.
What this service is
We provide indicative price information, listings and comparison tools for private healthcare in the UK. We are not a clinic and do not provide medical, dental or financial advice, and we are not a party to any arrangement between a patient and a provider. Nothing on this site is a substitute for professional advice from a qualified clinician.
Price accuracy
Prices are collected from publicly available sources and from clinics, and are indicative of advertised private fees. They can change and may not reflect your individual treatment. Always confirm the exact cost directly with the clinic before booking. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any price.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account details and password secure and for everything done under your account. You must give accurate information and keep it up to date. You must be authorised to act for any clinic or specialist you manage.
Provider listings, claiming & verification
Clinics and specialists may claim and manage their profile. To protect patients we verify identity and professional registration (e.g. GMC/GDC, CQC, or a work email on the clinic’s domain) before granting management access, and we may decline or revoke access at our discretion. By listing or claiming, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to represent that clinic or specialist. You are responsible for the content you publish (prices, descriptions, photos, events, articles) and must have the rights to it.
Reviews
Reviews are subject to our Review Guidelines. Do not post fake, incentivised or self-authored reviews, and do not pressure patients over honest reviews. We may moderate, decline or remove reviews at our reasonable discretion.
Paid plans
Some features are paid. We offer subscriptions (which auto-renew until cancelled) and one-off packs (a single payment for a fixed period of access, with no auto-renew). Prices are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; by paying you also agree to Stripe’s terms. You authorise us (via Stripe) to charge your chosen payment method for the plan you select, including recurring charges for subscriptions until you cancel.
Starting immediately & cancellation
Paid features are a digital service supplied immediately once your plan is active. At checkout you ask us to start straight away and acknowledge that, once your plan is active, you lose any automatic 14-day right to cancel for a refund. How cancellations and refunds work is set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Acceptable use & anti-fraud
You must not misuse the service – including impersonating a clinic or clinician you don’t represent, submitting false verification, manipulating reviews or ratings, abusing free trials or promotions, scraping or copying our data, or using the platform for anything unlawful or misleading. We may investigate suspected abuse and take action to protect patients and the platform.
Suspension & termination
We may suspend, restrict or remove any account, listing or content, and adjust or end paid access, if we reasonably believe these terms have been breached or to comply with the law or protect users. Where we end paid access because of your breach or fraud, no refund is due. You can stop using the service at any time.
No endorsement
Listing a clinic or specialist does not imply endorsement. Ratings shown are attributed to their source. You are responsible for your own decisions about treatment and providers.
Intellectual property
The site, its design and its compiled data are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or scraped without permission. You keep ownership of content you upload but grant us a licence to host and display it as part of the service.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information on this site, from arrangements between patients and providers, or from any provider’s conduct. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud).

We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes & governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; significant changes will be notified. They are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
